1 Train intensely and briefly -
Science tells us that for training to be effective, it must be intense. For training to be intense, it must be brief. Note: There is an inverse relationship between intensity and duration.

2 Rest and Recover - Nothing is more misunderstood or more critical to your
success than rest. Each workout should be
followed with 72 to 96 hours of rest to allow
for full recovery and completion of the
adaptation process.

3 Diet - Eat what mother nature intended—
real food. Food that encourages lean muscle
and body fat weight loss. We recommend the
South Beach Diet.
